Usage of Latsons.com is conditional upon the acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions, along with our stated Return and Shipping policies, do not access, use or order from this site. Latsons.com reserves the right, without notification, to make changes to these terms and conditions as well as our Return and Shipping policies. You accept responsibility to review this page prior to submitting an order on this website.
You agree that you are at least 18 years old or are visiting the site under the supervision of an adult or guardian.
Acceptance of Orders
Latsons.com reserves the right to accept or reject any order prior to shipping at our exclusive discretion. The receipt of an order confirmation email is not acceptance of an order. Due to security concerns it may be possible that customer information will be subject to verification. Orders that abuse promotional pricing can be cancelled at our discretion.
Liability
Latsons.com shall not be held responsible and will not be liable for any damage or injury due to the purchase. use or delivery of any product, service or software. The remedy for missing or damaged products in orders is reshipment of the product or refund of the purchase price, at the discretion of Latsons.com. In the case of refund, the return of the product, at the request of Latsons.com, is required. Packages sent to unsafe locations where theft is a possibility do not qualify for Latsons.com liability.
Invoices
Latsons.com offers Net 10 of next month/Net30 terms for qualified customers. Unpaid invoices will result in reporting of credit to various agencies.
Quantities
We reserve the right to limit quantities at our sole discretion.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect product information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. If a product has been shipped and there was a typographical error, our sole responsibility is to pick up the product at our expense (via a UPS call tag) and refund the payment for the order.
Product Availability and Delivery Times
Products advertised for sale on Latsons.com are subject to availability. If we are unable to provide a product you will not be charged for such products or your credit card will be issued credit. We are not responsible for any other compensation or losses you may incur for our inability to provide products.
Every attempt is made to deliver products in the time stated on product pages and as quickly as possible. Stated delivery times are not guaranteed but are estimated times provided by manufacturers or distributors or are based on historical delivery times of previous orders.
Standard delivery estimates do not apply to orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. While we do our best to expedite delivery, stated delivery estimates do not apply. Orders placed to Alaska and Hawaii will not be refunded due to delivery times.
Price Changes
Product prices can change from time to time based on vendor or manufacturer cost changes or competitive market forces without notice.
Product Colors
Colors of products can differ between monitors. The color you see on the screen and the actual color of the product can be slightly different since every monitor renders those colors differently. Additionally, manufacturers can have slight differences between lots of products. Unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility when those differences occur. Returns for such products are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Cancellation
Once placed order cannot be canceled or changed. Orders are processed quickly. Once the checkout process is competed our warehouses are notified immediately to complete your order. Please follow our Return procedures on orders placed and shipped. Undamaged orders which are refused delivery will have shipping costs deducted from any refund.
Email Solicitation
By ordering from us you give us permission to add your email address to our newsletter list. You will have the opportunity to Opt Out at the bottom of every email received if you choose to discontinue receiving communication from us.
Warranty
Items serviced under warranty are the responsibility of the manufacturer and not Latsons.com. At no time will Latsons.com be responsible for compensation of time or discounting of purchase price when warranty issues arise.
Restocking Fees
A restocking fee of 20% may apply on certain products. See Return Policy page for list of manufacturers where a restocking fee may apply.
Food Products
We cannot guarantee food product expiration dates will be for extended periods of time. Because our products come from distribution warehouses food product expiration dates can vary.
Risk of Loss
The risk of loss and title for items purchased by you pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier.
Returns
With your purchase you accept our stated Returns Policy.
